Max Spiegel

State College, Pennsylvania
On October 1, 1996 I entered the world of Social Media by adding a discussion forum to my Web site. 15 years, 75,000 members and 3 million posts later, mudcat.org stands as the largest Folk Music Organization ever created and remains a thriving online community of musicians, historians and enthusiasts. After applying my experience to the Real Estate Industry as it slow-poked into the 21st century, I now work at the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences as a Web and Social Media Strategist.
